Common documents and requests
Choose the category that sounds closest to your document. We will confirm whether we can assist before your appointment.
We commission many completed affidavits and statutory declarations when you need to swear, affirm or declare that information is true.
Bring the original document. We compare it with the copy and, where appropriate, certify that the copy is a true copy of the original.
We witness or notarize signatures on eligible completed documents when notarization or witnessing has been requested.
We assist with eligible completed travel, immigration, custodianship and consent documents that require commissioning, signature witnessing or notarization.
We can assist with eligible declarations and certified copies used for passport or identity applications.
If a bank, school, employer, lawyer, government office or another organization has asked for a notarized signature or commissioned document, contact us and tell us what they requested.
Before Your Appointment
For most appointments, bring these three things.
Bring valid government-issued photo identification.
Bring the complete document and any original that may need to be copied or reviewed.
Bring any instructions provided by the organization receiving your document.
Do not sign in advance if your signature needs to be witnessed.
